SHIPPING POLICY

US Shipping

If you need your order delivered in the next 1 to 3 business days, we recommend Priority "Express" or UPS "Next Day" shipping. IMPORTANT:  Express/Next Day mail is the ONLY service GUARANTEED to arrive timely by the carriers--meaning it is the only service the carrier will REFUND if it arrives late.  Be sure to add processing to your delivery time; these are the ONLY orders that will be mailed out the same day (if placed before 9am) or the next day.  Saturday & Sundays are not considered business days.

We also offer a flat fee of $10 shipping and FREE U.S Standard Shipping on orders over $175.

Orders have up to 3 business days of processing; unless it is a pre-order item, specifically states a different time, there is a problem with your order or additional verification is needed.

All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM CST will begin processing on the following Monday. 

You will automatically receive an e-mail when your order has shipped. It will contain a tracking number which you can use to track every movement and go online and track the status of your shipment (give at least 24 hrs for USPS to update tracking

International Shipping

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Curve Six Boutique cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs duties, fees, or taxes. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We cannot advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
  • By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
  • If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package; and the cost of returning the package to Curve Six Boutique. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Rates are calculated at checkout.

APO/FPO
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses.  Items usually arrive within 7-15 business days after processing. 


Refused, Not Received or Undeliverable Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service. Once USPS scans the package into their system, it is the customer's responsibility to initiate a search request with their local Post Office.  

Please contact us to request your package be mailed with "signature delivery" if you have concerns about your package being stolen or not received.  

To ensure that your package is properly delivered within applicable timeframe, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. We recommend entering the address the same way USPS formats it to include your apartment number, floor number, or any other information.  We are not responsible for incorrect information. If the package is returned undeliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. If you would like us to re-ship a package that was returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping costs are your responsibility.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Curve Six Boutique, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
