RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

Curve Six Boutique is clearing the inventory closet as we transition to close at the end of 2026.  SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE!

However, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, so if the item absolutely will not work, please email us at help@curvesix.com and we will accommodate a credit to get an item that will work for the customer. 

Shipping is a non-refundable carrier service and any new shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCEPTIONS: If you received DEFECTIVE merchandise or the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days with pictures (if applicable) so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. 


Reserved Rights Regarding Exchanges/Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject exchanges/returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
