RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

Curve Six Boutique is clearing the inventory closet as we transition to close.  All sales are FINAL SALE!

Shipping is a non-refundable carrier service.

An exchange may be possible if we have the item/size available; please email us at help@curvesix.com and we will try accommodate an exchange.  New shipping charges from an exchange will be billed to the customer.

EXCEPTIONS: If you received DEFECTIVE merchandise or the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days with pictures (if applicable) so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. 


Reserved Rights Regarding Exchanges/Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject exchanges/returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
