Q: What size is your model?
Unfortunately alot of our items are limited and will not restock. However, if it's the product page has an option for a restock alert, there is a great possibility that it will be restocked and we suggest signing up for the restock notification in the event it restocks
Orders can be modified ONLY if they are active and have not been processed. Otherwise, we cannot cancel, edit, or refund orders under any circumstances.
Our boutique is currently 100% online, and do not allow in person pickup.
Q: Are you shipping from the United States?
Because we carry multiple brands, product sizing may vary. For your reference we always include our size chart and sizing details on the fit specific to that item in the description on each product page to assist in choosing the best size. If it says that an item "runs big", you may want to size down; if it says that it "runs small" you might need to size up, and if it says "true to size", it most likely fits as that size normally would.
This means that the item or size is currently on pre-order, and we are waiting for the shipment to arrive. Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed, but are that we expect to fulfill the order.
You have 7-days from the date of delivery to submit a return. After submitting a return request, you will receive email confirmation with instructions.
Per our store return policy, we do not offer refunds of any sort. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
You must submit a return request, and send your item back within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, your order is FINAL SALE.
Due to unpredictable delays caused by the COVID 19 pandemic, we are not quoting exact delivery times at this moment. All orders are shipped and processed within 2-5 business days, and most customers receive their items within 3-7 business days.
Due to challenges in unpredictable delays caused by the current COVID 19 pandemic, we have temporarily eliminated our express shipping option.
Unfortunately, once your order is shipped it is in USPS possession and we have absolutely no control over what is happening, or any additional information beyond what you see on your tracking. If it has been delayed for more than a week, we suggest you contacting your local post office for more information. (The post office in your zip code that is responsible for delivering your mail.)
If for some reason your package is missing, we suggest contacting your local post office responsible for delivering your mail They will be able to contact the carrier responsible for delivering your mail, and get more information. If no resolution is found, we suggest opening a missing mail claim with USPS.
Also, contact our customer service department to make us aware of what's going on, so that we can also open a claim on our end if need be.
