You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return authorization via this link: HERE. Upon approval, shipping instructions will be emailed to you and the item(s) must be shipped within 4 days or less of the date of the approval. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, white garments, sale items and anything else noted are FINAL SALE.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. Item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, damage-free and stainless. This includes pet hair, stains, smells (Perfumes included), rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, makeup stains, and with the original tags (if applicable) attached. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, handling or incorrect sizing. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. We are not responsible for return shipping.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive the return. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Curve Six e-Gift card for use on a future purchase.
Curve Six Boutique is not responsible for returns until they reach our return address. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Curve Six Boutique will not issue store credit for your returns.
If you received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days by submitting a RETURN REQUEST with pictures (if applicable) so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it.
Exceptions and special circumstances concerning returns will be evaluated on case-by-case basis. 35% Restocking fee may apply.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
