RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

Curve Six Boutique issues store credit only, we do NOT issue refunds!

Exchanges

Because we can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time the item is returned, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

Returns

You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return authorization via our website link: HEREUpon approval, an authorization number will be emailed to you and the item(s) must be shipped within 5 days or less of the date of the approval.  We are not responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, white garments, sale items and anything else noted are FINAL SALE

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. Item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, damage-free and stainless. This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, makeup stains, and with the original tags (if applicable) attached.  We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, handling or incorrect sizing. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return.  We are not responsible for return shipping. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive the return.   Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Curve Six e-Gift card for use on a future purchase.

Curve Six Boutique is not responsible for returns until they reach our return address.  Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Curve Six Boutique will not issue store credit for your returns.

If you received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days by submitting a RETURN REQUEST with pictures (if applicable) so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. Exceptions and special circumstances concerning returns will be evaluated on case-by-case basis.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please anticipate potential delays in order processing and shipping.  If you need your order within 1 to 3 business days, we recommend Express Shipping.

Otherwise, most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase; unless it is a pre-order item, there is a problem with your order or additional verification is needed.

You will automatically receive an e-mail when your order has shipped. It will contain a tracking number which you can use to track every movement and go online and track the status of your shipment (give at least 24 hrs for USPS to update tracking information).

All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM CST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Shipping and Handling Fees vary for Express Services; please utilize the shipping calculator for the exact amount. (Express orders placed after 11 am CST will be processed the next day)

International Shipping
Curve Six Boutique cannot anticipate customs and duties fee costs and will not reimburse any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or U.S. Postal Service branch office, to find out what types of fees you can expect.

APO/FPO
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses.  Items usually arrive within 7-15 business days after processing. 


Refused, Not Received or Undeliverable Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service. Once USPS scans the package into their system, it is the customer's responsibility to initiate a search request with their local Post Office.  

Please contact us to request your package be mailed with "signature delivery" if you have concerns about your package being stolen or not received.  

To ensure that your package is properly delivered within applicable timeframe, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. We recommend entering the address the same way USPS formats it to include your apartment number, floor number, or any other information.  We are not responsible for incorrect information. If the package is returned undeliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. If you would like us to re-ship a package that was returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping costs are your responsibility.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Curve Six Boutique, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
